Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Rajkot. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, talent acquisition, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The role also involves identifying problems and providing solutions related to HR, and working closely with the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in employee relations and performance management
• Expertise in talent acquisition and training & development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Assistant Manager HR
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems
