Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ML- Recruiter located in Nanded. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and making offers. The recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline and working closely with hiring managers and HR business partners.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Prior experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software/tools
• Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
• Experience in machine learning recruitment is a plus
