Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for our clients' job openings. The Recruiter will also be responsible for assisting in developing effective recruiting strategies, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in a staffing agency or HR outsourcing firm is a plus
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations is a plus
