Description:
The Monbeef Loadout Operator is responsible for assisting the loadout team in performing the daily handling, packing, storing and loading of meat products in accordance with the varying client requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Sorting and transferring cartons to refrigeration.
- Repacking of cartons when required.
- Loadout of product into transport vehicles, containers or refrigerated storage whilst handling product hygienically.
- Monitoring time/temperature requirements prior to load out.
- Assist preoperational and operational hygiene procedures.
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and enforcing that Health & Safety is priority.
Essential Selection Criteria The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
- Demonstrated commitment to meeting all requirements in relation to food safety and people safety.
- Must be physically fit, energetic and enthusiastic with a demonstrated focus on system improvement.
- Forklift licence, not essential but highly desired.
- Have a strong work ethic, with the capability to multitask.
- Always behave in a professional manner.
