Job description
● Ensuring the Line feeding RM Parts to the production point of fit without delay as per production demand.
● Maintaining line side storage location and kitting trolley and ensuring 100% part labeling available in kitting trolley.
● Rejection tracking and No material damage while delivering parts to the production line.
● All kitting trolley readiness & refurbishment for next-day production.
● New implementation parts and Pilot line parts delivery and subassembly movement to achieve the built-on time for R&D
● Analysis of WIP stocks for Consumption pending and COGI generation of parts.
● Knowledge of understanding the production line in sequence and delivery of aggregate parts.
● Monitor unsafe conditions and unsafe act identification and implementation.
● Review with other stakeholders for sustained process and efficiency improvement.
● Drive kaizen initiative/participation to achieve monthly target.
Knowledge and skill required:
● SAP Basic Knowledge
● MS Office Knowledge
● Influencing skills and stakeholder management
Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications – External
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile
Experience: 3-6 Years
