As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy, managing budgets, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Develop and oversee the company's financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial performance to support strategic decision-making. 2. Budget Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual budgets.
- Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary constraints. 3. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations. 4. Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow by monitoring daily transactions and ensuring optimal cash utilization.
- Implement strategies to improve working capital efficiency. 5. Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks. 6. Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. 7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the finance department.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the food industry. - Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
