Determine the clearest and most logical way to present complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood for the greatest reader comprehension.
Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
Apply standardized metadata tagging for knowledge articles.
Use basic HTML code to stylize content articles.
Work with subject-matter experts (HR Communities of Practice (HRCP), and People Solutions and Services) to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
Handle sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in English, communication, business administration or technical writing or 2+ years of HR-related work experience.
Proficient in MS Word.
Entry level ability to understand and apply basic HTML code.
Ability to pay attention to details.
Mindful of things like flow, readability, and sentence variety.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Understands grammar and punctuation rules and how to construct clear sentences.
Understands search engine optimization best practices.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction.
Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy, and follow precise style guidelines and formats.
Prior document processing experience.
