What are we looking for? We are looking for a highly skilled freelance consultant with expertise in C-suite and CXO level hiring. The primary focus of this role is on headhunting and presenting qualified candidates to our internal TA team for further evaluation. What would excite us? -- Conduct proactive headhunting activities to identify and engage with potential candidates for C-suite and CXO-level positions. -- Build and maintain a robust network of senior-level executives across various industries. -- Present detailed candidate profiles and assessments to the internal TA team for further evaluation. -- Collaborate with the internal TA team to understand client requirements, business objectives, and organizational culture. -- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.Job tags
