Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our clients' business needs. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules, including ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Jelly
- Experience in developing workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts in ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in ServiceNow Development is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet the business needs of our clients
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance the functionality of ServiceNow
- Perform unit testing and assist in system integration testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development
