NGO Based in Bangalore and pune

Role: Centre Manager

Reporting to: Operation Manager

Location:Bangalore/Pune Reporting to: [Executive Director/Program Manager/Board of Directors]

Job Summary: The Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of the NGO's center or facility.

They will be responsible for coordinating programs and activities, managing staff and volunteers, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate programs and services offered by the center, in line with the NGO's mission and goals.

Coordinate with program staff to ensure the effective delivery of services to beneficiaries. Monitor program activities, track progress, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Staff and Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise center staff and volunteers. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Financial Management: Develop and manage the center's budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Monitor expenses, revenue, and fundraising activities, and report on financial performance to the management team or board of directors. Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, partner organizations, and other stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to enhance the impact of the center's programs and services. Represent the NGO at community events, meetings, and forums. Resource Mobilization: Assist in fundraising efforts by identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant proposals, and cultivating donor relationships. Seek in-kind donations and support from local businesses and individuals to supplement financial resources. Advocacy and Outreach: Advocate for the rights and needs of the target population served by the center. Raise awareness about relevant issues and mobilize community support for advocacy campaigns.

Participate in relevant networks, coalitions, and forums to amplify the NGO's voice and influence policy. Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative tasks such as record-keeping, facility maintenance, and procurement of supplies. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing the operation of the center.
