Role Description Lemon Ideas is seeking a full-time Manager of BD & Operations with a hybrid work arrangement. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, establish and maintain communication with clients, manage budgets, and lead a sales & marketing activity in order to achieve company goals and objectives for the vertical. The person would play leadership role and drive the vertical unit with independency and creativity. The core scope of the profile would be contests, hack-a-thons, mentoring cohorts & training for entrepreneur's & startup founders. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make strategic decisions Ability to ideate, design and execute programs involving contests, mentoring and training elements Ability for Hands-on work on the ground and deliver results Proven experience in Operations Management, with a focus on team leadership and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with budgeting and managing financial resources & own the P & L of the vertical Strong sales skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Experience working in a startup environment & understanding of investment funding would be a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines Support Social media activity and digital strategies Entrepreneurial orientation and zeal would be highly preferredJob tags
