Responsibility
- Creating Game concepts and pitching them to the development and publishing team
- Creating Prototype specs / GDDs for approved games and getting it ready for development or production
- Maintain Asset lists and communicate the requirements to the team
- Work with and guide the artists and programmers to complete their tasks at a high level
- Be responsible for hitting milestones and the delivery of the project on time
- Stay abreast of current trends in the genre and try to match the best in class games in terms of quality and concepts
Requirement
- 3-5 years of professional game design experience
- Published mobile games where you have been responsible from concept to end product
- Working knowledge of Unity with the ability to build levels and handle some of your tasks within the engine
- Basic Project management skills
- Working knowledge of Video editing software to create Ad material for the games in development (not necessary, but would be a plus point)
- Good team management and communication skills with working proficiency in English
- Self-motivated disposition and take ownership over the quality of their work
