Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a DGM - Commercial (Account Receivable & Collection). The DGM - Commercial will be responsible for managing communication with customers, sales, purchasing and account management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination with client servicing team to expedite dispute resolution and ensure timely collections.
• Taking care of Reconciliation for customers monthly.
• Visiting Customers location and solve their queries regarding payment issues. Checking their payment cycles, accordingly setting system so that payments to be collected before due period.
• Analysis of different data on daily, weekly basis & providing data to CFO & Management Team.
• Assist with managing, directing and maintaining a professional collection infrastructure in accordance with management policies and procedures for receivables, payment terms, provisions & collection policies
• Accountable for Dispute resolution & timely collections
• Resolution of all commercial issues on time and in an efficient manner
• Management of credit processes and aged debtor controls.
• Monitor all delinquent accounts and ensure Legal recovery is completed
• Responsible for Collection Report and business analysis

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales, purchasing, and account management
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions that align with the company's objectives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles
• An MBA with more than 10-12 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, Collections, customer interaction, billing in Logistics and Supply Chain Management industry would be an added advantage.
