Front Desk Executive cum HR Assistant

Job description

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage and order Stationery & Suppliers as well as Pantry material.
-Supervise housekeeping staff and office boys.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and meetings for the HR department.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist with onboarding new hires by preparing paperwork.
- Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare and maintain various HR-related documents.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar role as Receptionist cum Office Admin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
