Executive Assistant Location - Bangalore, Hybrid Experience –3+ years About Us We are an early-stage deep tech company building “NoOps for cloud storage” for AWS/GCP/Azure. Our vision is to automate & make cloud storage smarter. Lucidity solution eliminates infrastructure downtime, improves application performance & saves 40% cloud cost at a click of a button. What we have built is patentable. We have Fortune 500, decacorn startups as our customers. We are a team from BITS Pilani, IIM Bangalore, NIT Allahabad & have worked at Microsoft, Swiggy and Tracxn before. We are funded by Tier I global VC & have leading marquee angels as our investors. We are growing aggressively & plan to expand our team in the next 6 months. We are passionate about creating something unique, innovative, and big from India for global customers. What we are looking for: The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. Responsibilities: Work with founders & top management to unblock them. Manage leaders’ daily schedule and prioritize meetings. Follow up on request items Anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems independently. Proactively identify opportunities to make the overall team more efficient over the long term. Follow up on action items on behalf of the executives, as appropriate. Proactively provide leaders with updates on task progress and completion. Must-have Skill Sets: Technology friendly/savvy and quick learning of newer tech platforms Exceptionally good email writing skills Exceptionally good oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and under pressure to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively, even delegate on behalf of leadership, if requested Process oriented approach and ability to follow-up/synchronise with various team on system-wide processes Quick learning of organizational structure, business challenges, operations and goals along with an eye for detail for process deviations and changes Proven competency using MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint 3+ years relevant work experience supporting at the SVP or VP level in a complex and dynamic corporate environment Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or above is preferred from a premium college Benefits: Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
