Job description
Bachelor/Master degree in computer engineering or equivalent 10+ years of software development experience in a technical capacity (e.g. Software Developer, Software Engineer in Test). Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Knowledge of agile methods and experience in an agile team required. 3+ years leadership experience and managing engineers is preferred. You have built and managed high performing engineering teams and hired top class engineers. Demonstrated ability to attract/recruit/retain external talent and be a coach and employee champion. Strategic thinker with the ability to move and act at the operational and tactical levels when required. Nice to haves: Experience in Finance/ U.S Payroll domain. Good understanding of software architecture, and networking concepts. Experience leading organizational change, including engaging stakeholders. Familiarity with data privacy and protection legislature such as GDPR.
