Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive, who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative operations. Your primary focus will be on coordinating office activities, managing paperwork, and supporting various departments within the organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure a clean, organised, and conducive work environment for all employees. Provide administrative assistance to different departments, including handling phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Accurately enter data into company systems, maintain databases, and keep documents organised and accessible. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation logistics as needed. Assist in organising company events, conferences, and meetings. This includes venue selection, catering arrangements, and managing event logistics. Assist in organising company events, conferences, and meetings. Assist in tracking office expenses, preparing purchase orders, and processing invoices for payment. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information. Handle various ad-hoc administrative duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 6+ months as an Admin Intern. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently. Willingness to take on new challenges, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent time management and organizational abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively.
