Job Summary:
Join us in revolutionizing the Edutech industry! As CSO, you'll lead our mission to tackle critical challenges in education technology. Your role is pivotal in achieving our target of $10+ million in revenue within 6-9 months. You'll play a hands-on role, reaching out to clients and expanding our presence in the market, shaping the future of Edutech.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.

Achieve sales targets, inspire sales teams, and own the sales process.

Innovate marketing strategies, using social media, advertising, and networking.

Monitor the marketplace and provide competitive insights.

Foster key relationships within the education sector.

Collaborate with other teams for product growth and brand positioning.

Drive customer acquisition and early customer success.

Create go-to-market strategies, defining customer segments.

Manage budgets and drive sales innovation.

Requirements:

Master's degree in a related field (IIM is a plus).

Proven leadership experience in Edutech sales.

Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

A vast network in the educational community.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Note:

Having B2B sales experience in the Edutech industry at a leadership level is a must, with more than 10 years of experience. An MBA from a reputed institute is highly desirable. Experience in Sales Leadership Roles at organizations like Lead School, Next Education, Chrysallis, and other similar technology-enabled curriculum solution providers is highly valued.
