Your role is pivotal in achieving our target of $10+ million in revenue within 6-9 months. You'll play a hands-on role, reaching out to clients and expanding our presence in the market, shaping the future of Edutech.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.
Achieve sales targets, inspire sales teams, and own the sales process.
Innovate marketing strategies, using social media, advertising, and networking.
Monitor the marketplace and provide competitive insights.
Foster key relationships within the education sector.
Collaborate with other teams for product growth and brand positioning.
Drive customer acquisition and early customer success.
Create go-to-market strategies, defining customer segments.

Requirements:
Master's degree in a related field (IIM is a plus).
Proven leadership experience in Edutech sales.
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.

A vast network in the educational community.

Note:
Having B2B sales experience in the Edutech industry at a leadership level is a must, with more than 10 years of experience. An MBA from a reputed institute is highly desirable.
