Job description
Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire Bench Sales and marketing operations. Develop and execute strategies to effectively market bench resources and minimize bench time. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate sales and placements. Lead and guide the bench sales team to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives. Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and risks. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from bench to placement. Required Qualifications: Graduation and Master’s degree in a relevant field. 5-8 years of experience in Bench Sales or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in managerial or leadership roles within Bench Sales or a similar domain. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead a sales team. Proficiency in bench operations and sales strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving sales goals. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
