Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate and direct field implementation of company's sales efforts by managing activities of the sales executives, technical consultants to achieve the sales goals of the company

2. Assist in the formulation of strategic sales plans, tactics, budget including annual and year-on-year planning.

3. Develop and maintain relationship with key accounts; identify customer issues and resolve sales related difficulties.

4. Manage the performance of the sales team to meet individual, departmental and Company’s Sales goals and Objectives including feedback on performance appraisals, recommendations for merit increases, career counselling, etc.

5. Works with other departments to drive marketing campaigns, preferred vendors, incentives, promotions, and rebate programs

6. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and communication with sales and marketing to the top management.

Requirements:

- We are looking for Zonal Sales Manager for Maintenance Division. Need candidates from good pedigree and excellent analytical skills. Should have good exposure to entire AP market in building material industry.

- 10+ years of overall work experience in Sales, Distribution Management, Capability Building, Sales Strategies Formulations & large team handling.

- This position would be handling the state of Tamil Nadu and Kerala and position based in Chennai.
