Job Overview
We are seeking an Area Manager to oversee and manage our operations in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of agency experience required
- CIBIL Score should be above 650
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Roles And Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of sales and operations staff in the Salem region
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure effective execution of sales and operational activities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- Coordinate with other departments such as HR, Finance, and Marketing to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational activities for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement
