Job Location - Hebbal, Bangalore

Education: Any Graduate (Preferably B.Com/ BBA) + NISM Certifications

Key Skills: *Trade Settlement *NSDL Operations *Customer Support *Custody Operations *BackOffice Operations *STP *Brokerage Management *Non-Individual KYC

Job Responsibilities

Accurate and timely reporting of the trades to all the Institutional customers

Liaisoning with Custodians for timely settlement of trades and brokerage collection

Know complete Back Office software functionalities (Lidha-Didha / Tech-Excel)

Detailed knowledge of STP and Trade settlement workflow of various platforms (NSDL/ FT/ NSEIT).

Knowledge of Market Practices & Pricing trends

Should be good in MS Excel

In-depth knowledge of all Regulatory frame-work and guidelines pertaining to Institutional Trading

Complete knowledge of all KYC Requirements for the Institutional client category

Daily processing and confirmation of trades for all designated clients

Help the Trading Team to monitor client exposure limits and ensure no lapses

Active interaction with Clients to retain/ generate business

Helping the Sales Team to achieve monthly/ quarterly targets per client

Active interaction with Front-office/ Trading team

• Able to maintain high level of confidentiality & personal integrity
