Role And Responsibilities As a Product Designer at HyrEzy Talent Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our digital products. Key responsibilities include:
- Blending design and business perspectives to create an intuitive user experience
- Owning the design process from concept to implementation
- Ensuring seamless information architecture and visual appeal
- Designing the BetterInvest digital experience from scratch
Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess:
- 2-5 years of UI/UX experience
- Efficiency, autonomy, and adaptability
- A strong understanding of design principles
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, or other prototyping tools
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and high user empathy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
