Position: Customer Relations Manager
Qualification: MBA / Graduate Experience: 5+ Year Industry: Clinic / Medical / Healthcare Retail Salary: up to INR 50,000/- Location: Noida Sec. 57 Interview Mode: Face to Face 5 Days Working Job Description You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their engagement with our platform. You will play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our courses to meet their needs effectively.
Description Of Duties - Interact with CRE & customers on a day-to-day basis to understand their queries, and guide them to proper end-to-end solutions
- Answer questions and address complaints from customers & CRE
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional courses to existing customers.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product and service improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Assist dispensers/patient coordinators with issues regarding product administrative issues.
- Keep updated on Hearing Aid products, processes, and operational workflow.
- Communicate with the end-users about the service-related issues
- Provide basic technical support to dispensers and consumers if necessary.
- Additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
- Candidates Having experience in the Medical / Hearing Aids Industry will be preferred
