Job Brief:
- Reporting into CEO, working as HR Head, you will work very closely with the Business Heads to drive organization culture. - You will lead a team of HR professionals to manage talent management, recruitment, HR operations, payroll etc. - You will be responsible to drive the development and implementation of organizational strategy in areas like performance management, career development, talent management and succession planning. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement, ensuring a proactive and go-getter mindset among team members. - Implement strategies to boost employee morale, motivation, and job satisfaction, given the demanding nature of the sales environment. Along with performance evaluation systems to recognize and reward high achievers -Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a results-driven atmosphere -Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales team. - Create HR policies and procedures, provide employee relations guidelines and help to improve the overall manager-employee relationships Profile: Successful Candidates will come with around 12 to 15 years of experience in various areas of HR with hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnership, and Talent Management. You must have excellent communication skills and international education or work experience working with a reputed organization. Requirements and Skills Experience of a minimum 12- 15 years Age : maximum 45 Industry : Fintech, NBFCs, Insurance, Real Estate Must be from Mumbai Region, residing at Navi Mumbai, Central Line would be preferred MBA must.
