Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female) Department: Human Resources Location: Madhapur, Hi-tech City, Hyderabad Work mode: Work from office Experience: 0 to 3 months of IT Recruiter Exp Salary: 12500 per month for first 3 months Education: MBA(HR) Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance. Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, set up and conduct interviews, and provide feedback to candidates Requirements: MBA(HR).
