MAVEX Mentr is an educational counseling service located in Kochi. Our mobile app provides free one-on-one assistance to students looking to study abroad. Our personalized support helps students navigate the complexities of enrolling in a program, including university selection, documentation, financing, and post-admission services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counselor role. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, academic advising, and education services to students seeking to study abroad. Day-to-day tasks may include meeting with students to discuss course options, assisting with application processes, and providing information on scholarship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong student counseling and communication skills
• Experience in career counseling and academic advising
• Knowledge of educational programs and application processes
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling or Education
• Experience working in the education or study abroad industry is a plus
• Ability to provide personalized support to students from diverse backgrounds
• Fluency in English and one other language is preferred
