Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Chirala at Nataraj Jewellery Mart Pvt. Ltd. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, build and maintain customer relationships, and manage and mentor store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. The Store Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail management role Excellent communication and leadership skills Proven ability to manage and motivate a team Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve store performance Knowledge of inventory management and experience with retail operations Experience with visual merchandising and creating attractive store displays Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field preferred Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidaysJob tags
