Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer who specializes in Solidworks to join our team at Forar Tech India Private Limited. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems for our projects. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time role. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Solidworks and other CAD software.
• Experience in heavy machine design and sheet metal design.
• Familiarity with structural calculations and static simulations.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and practices.
• Ability to create detailed technical drawings and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience in assembly design and part modeling.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative mechanical components and systems using Solidworks.
• Conduct structural calculations and static simulations to ensure designs meet safety and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D models of parts and assemblies.
• Produce accurate technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Perform GD&T analysis to ensure precision and accuracy in design and manufacturing.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback on design modifications and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mechanical design engineering.
• Assist in the testing and validation of prototypes and final products.
• Resolve any design-related issues or challenges that may arise during the development process.

Job Location -  Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Experience: 4 to 10 Years.

Degree: BE (Mechanical)
