Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for a Recruiter who will be responsible for recruiting and selecting job candidates, as well as identifying and engaging passive job seekers. The Recruiter will also schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter or a similar role
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, social media, and job boards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple job openings at once
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Previous experience in the BPO, KPO, Insurance or Banking Sector would be beneficial
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
