Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our dynamic team at the Head Office in Chhatarpur, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings and events, ensuring that each celebration reflects the unique vision and desires of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their preferences, vision, and expectations for the wedding/event.
- Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and themes in line with client preferences and current industry trends.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with and manage relationships with various vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, and decorators.
- Budget Planning: Create and manage budgets, ensuring that the client's financial expectations are met.
- Logistics and Coordination: Oversee the logistical aspects of weddings/events, including venue selection, transportation, and guest accommodations.
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed timelines to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the planning and execution phases.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed and involved in the decision-making process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of current wedding and event trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
