What we are really looking for are people who can come into work everyday with passion for storytelling and do it wholeheartedly. We want to meet someone who : Is an ideas person, someone who can think of ideas/stories, irrespective of mediums and languages. Is updated with the latest trends, technologies and practices in the global advertising industry. Can use their creative skills, understand various social platforms, grasp culture and use it to solve marketing problems for a variety of brands. Is able to manage a creative team and drive them on a project. Can understand the difference between a creative idea and strategic execution, based on a client's business objective. Is capable of storytelling on all social platforms, from Brand films to Insta reels. Stay current with technology and trends as well as seek opportunities to improve marketing skills. Ability to write long form content and knowing how to handle and implement feedback from creative directors. Periodically brainstorm with the brand team and come up with new solutions/ideas with respect to new problems. Overseeing the campaign/project from concept to execution stage. A never ending desire to push the boundaries of your creative craft. Has at least 3 years of experience in a marketing agency Other Qualifications include: - Love TV and cinema - Thorough knowledge of all social media platforms - Good collaborator - Great with feedback and revisions - Consistency in work - Time management - Getting coffee for all (Just kidding.. we drink tea) We pride ourselves on being a human first company and try our hardest to make this a place where you would want to spend the rest of your career at.
