Job Title : Customer Service
Location : Borivali West
Experience : Minimum 6 Months
Skills : Customer handling , customer Kyc chechking , Customer walking handling , Customer Handling through incoming and outgoing calls , sending emails to required customers, Data entry of processed loans.

Job Description :

• Handling New Customer Inquires
• Attend daily telephonic conservations with Customers against complaints Queries and inquiries related to housing loans.
• Try to help customers by providing solutions to the issues and redirecting them to the desired department for complete and satisfactory resolution if the issue needs to be addressed by the next level of escalation.
• Handling Initial documentation Process
• Handling Inward of New loan application in system.
• Handling Loan processing of loan applications till in principle sanction stage.
• Allotment of loan files to third party Agencies for reports such as Valuation, Legal and Field Investigation.
• Following up with third party Agencies for reports.
• Generating the CIBIL of each Customer
• Data Processing in system for final sanction.
