Open Position: US Non-IT Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter Work Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, 10th Floor, Uppal Work timings: 6 PM - 3:30 AM IST Salary range: Based on experience + Uncapped incentives + Bonus Responsibilities: · We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Staffing Recruiter with expertise in Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. · As a US Staffing Recruiter specializing in VMS MSP, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within a Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) framework. Your key responsibilities will include: · Collaborating closely with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job specifications, and hiring needs. · Utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) platforms to source, submit, and track candidates. · Conducting thorough candidate searches using various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and internal databases. · Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate qualifications to determine their suitability for specific roles. · Preparing and submitting candidate profiles to clients through the VMS/MSP platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance. · Managing candidate submissions, interview coordination, and feedback collection within the VMS/MSP framework. · Navigating VMS/MSP portals to ensure compliance with client processes, requirements, and timelines. · Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and managing their expectations throughout the recruitment process. · Providing timely updates and communication to clients and candidates regarding submission status, interviews, and offers. · Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful placements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: · Proven experience as a US Staffing Recruiter with specialization in VMS MSP environments. · Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) platforms, such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or IQNavigator. · Experience with Engg, Manufacturing, BFSI, IT and Pharma background is preferred. · Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and the ability to work within client-specific VMS/MSP workflows. · Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools. · Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. · Proficiency in navigating VMS/MSP portals, submitting candidates, and managing the recruitment lifecycle. · Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements within VMS/MSP environments. · Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and client expectations. · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
