Job Overview:

Practical EduSkills is seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating operations from academic activities to ensuring a smooth process for student placements. This position requires a strong background in advanced Excel, effective communication skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Academic Coordination:

Collaborate with academic teams to coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and other educational activities.

Ensure timely communication of academic schedules and updates to students and faculty.

Placements Operations:

Work closely with the placement team to coordinate and facilitate student placements in collaboration with industry partners.

Maintain accurate records of student placement data and outcomes.

Advanced Excel Proficiency:

Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas for data analysis, reporting, and tracking academic and placement-related metrics.

Develop and maintain databases to track student progress, placements, and other relevant information.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with students, faculty, and industry partners to ensure a smooth flow of information related to academic and placement activities.

Prepare and disseminate regular reports on academic and placement performance.

Problem-solving and Critical Thinking:

Identify challenges and bottlenecks in academic and placement processes and implement effective solutions.

Proactively address issues related to academic schedules, student progress, and placements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in academic coordination and/or placements operations.

Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel functions and data management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
