Stipend : 10,000-12,000

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Engagement
   1. Manage employee engagement for Nova Benefits clients through sessions, campaigns, etc.
   2. Compile campaign & event performance data and reports (Excel, Notion )
   3. Ensure the monthly planning of the wellness calendar is done properly
   4. Take up end-to-end execution of customised session requests
2. Operations
   1. Organise & execute online engagements events on the Nova Platform
   2. Sending campaigns on email marketing platforms & invites to clients
   3. Iterate & compile data on sheets to generate reports
   4. Partnership reach outs
   5. Overlook the finance and invoicing for vendors

You Should be Awesome At

1. Strong presentation & Communication skills (presence on social media would be advantageous, and experience running a YouTube channel would be considered an added advantage)
2. Critical thinking skills, desire to learn and ability to adapt. Ability to stay organised and disciplined to meet goals.
3. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and highly detailed oriented.
4. Talking to people and selling them ideas strategically and executing it methodically.
5. Basic Excel formulas and research skills
6. Driving a task from end-to-end functionality-wise and having a sense of ownership in them.

Experience & Skills

1. A college Senior or Graduate at/from an accredited institution.
2. Prior exposure to conducting college fest/events or Running a youtube channel
3. Basic understanding of a company's operations structure.
4. 'Hunger' to achieve and 'Can do' attitude
5. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to constantly follow-throughs with clients and vendors
6. Should be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Data Studio, Figma, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Slack.

1. Paid Internship for 3 months which can be changed to contractor or full-time based on the performance
2. Certificate and Letter of Recommendation from the Founders.
3. Successful Completion of the internship will also lead to a full-time job offer.
