Job description

Job Description :- As a high caliber Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting various web applications deployed on AWS and Azure clouds.- These web applications are deployed in SaaS mode for various clients and include API integrations for documents and data exchange. To solve issues raised, one must acquire in-depth product understanding and be able to adapt quickly to new technologies. Being aware of the needs and procedures of customers, and cooperating with escalation procedures to address more complex problems is essential in this role.Responsibilities :- To provide technical production support, monitor the production systems and analyze application and server logs- Troubleshooting production issues within SLAs while acting as POC- To provide the support to the business team for various queries, issues & ad hoc output requests.- To coordinate across all the application stakeholders like business, operations, development, testing, and system support teams etc.- Investigate and debug issues, assess their impact, and report them through JIRA/Asana.- Perform root cause analysis of production errors, debugging technical issues raised by stakeholders (External and Internal) and deploying fixes- Reproduce issues in test environments, collaborate on potential workarounds, and contribute to weekly triage meetings.- Report application and infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution.
