Job description
1. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers providing guidance support and training to ensure
the teams effectiveness and productivity.
2. Develop comprehensive test plans strategies and methodologies for various software
projects considering different testing types (functional nonfunctional regression etc.).
3. Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure the delivery of highquality
software products.
4. Work closely with crossfunctional teams (development product management and
stakeholders) to understand project requirements identify issues and ensure timely
resolution.
5. Oversee the execution of test cases track defects analyze test results and provide detailed
reports to stakeholders.
6. Evaluate implement and maintain appropriate testing tools and frameworks. Encourage and
oversee the automation of test cases for efficiency and scalability.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team promoting best practices
identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
