From RCA to actionable insights - everything Data-Driven Decision-Making: Assess the impact of data-driven recommendations on product enhancements and sales performance. Competitive Advantage: Measure the product's competitive advantage based on market differentiation and customer feedback.
Requirements: Data Analysis and Insights Analyze user behavior, sales data, and online performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Extract actionable insights from data to drive product improvements and sales strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations for product improvements that align with business goals. Sales Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze tele business performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer interactions. Identify areas for improvement via data insights in the tele sales process to drive higher conversion rates and revenue. Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into product performance and sales metrics.
