Learning Media Developer

Job description

We are looking for a learning media developer (graphic designer) to help us create and develop learning materials including (engaging visual designs for eLearnings, videos, animations, infographics, game designs, banners, newsletters, brandbook, templates, layouts, icons etc) for all global learning and development purposes.

1. Production of videos, animations, graphics, GIFs, banners & infographics etc

2. Development of content using industry standard development tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360)

3. Design and develop creative video/interactive content for all learning assets, print and digital media

4. Conceptualize GIF Animations and visuals based on requirements

5. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs

6. Work with Instructional designers, developers, business stakeholders and conceptualize design elements

1. Graduation with good communication skills is a must

2. Minimum 4 - 5 years experience in developing digital learning assets

3. Bachelors or Masters or equivalent experience in graphic design, digital design, motion graphics would be preferred

4. Required Experience with design tools like Adobe suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premier Pro, After Effects and Articulate Storyline

5. Required Experience with video development tools, Vyond, Animaker etc

6. Experience with UI/UX (using Adobe XD & Figma) would be an added advantage
