Job Description:
Prepare Business plans strategically with integrated marketing impetus of high intensity mega launches, consumer promos, channel contests, team contests and ATL-BTL strategies.
Designed sales strategy, marketing plans, inventory strategy etc.
Cultivate and motivate Sales Teams for handling Channel Management, Corporate sales, In-house sales and Property Verticals.
Responsible for identifying and delivering on new BTL opportunities like participating in Property Expo’s etc.
Network extensively with corporate, HNI and other clients for project marketing and sales.
Plan and implement strategies for new project launch, mainly project marketing and sales planning.
Established the relationship with all distribution partners
Managed lead generation & closures
Follow up for enquiries generated by advertisements and convert them to site visits.
Attending site visits and converting them in bookings.
Handle Key account management, customer service & CRM
Lead team and train them to work as a team to achieve goals targeted for interest of organisation.
