Job description

• Should have managed Group Claims- credit life and MFI
• Experience of managing high volume claims
• Compliance to regulatory requirements all claims to be decisioned as per Group regulatory framework
• Close liaising with partner SPOCS, MPH, other stakeholders
• Managing assessment and to have strong eye on risk i.e. claims adjudication of Credit life claims
• Be vigilant and ensure all Risk related aspects are looked at before decisioning the claims
• Providing correct decisions once the verification of documents done by team members
• Ensure claims are decisioned within TATS SLA laid down
• Liaising with stakeholders and partners
• Ensure timely, speedier and accurate delivery
• Ensuring attainment of quality at all times

Educational Qualification : Graduate, IIRM, Pharmacy or Science

Knowledge:

1. System Knowledge
2. Products knowledge
3. MS Open Office
4. Basic computer skills (excel, word etc), Analytical skills ,Good observation skills, Process orientation
5. Power point presentation skills
