We are seeking a dynamic and proven sales performer to join our team as an Education Consultant - Sales Specialist. Role Overview: As an Admission Counsellor you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring potential learners through their educational journey. Your primary focus will be on consultative B2C sales for high-ticket size products, requiring a strategic and nurturing approach. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive sales environment, consistently ranking among the top performers of their team.

Responsibilities:

Mentorship and Guidance:

Serve as a mentor and guide for potential learners, offering valuable career advice and insights. •

Counselling : Engage with potential learners to understand their career goals, plan their educational path, and illustrate how upGrad can accelerate their professional growth. •

Sales Targets:

Meet weekly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets through effective sales strategies. •

Value Proposition : Communicate the uniqueness and effectiveness of upGrad's online/blended learning model to potential learners. • Sales coordination : Ownership of the sales life cycle, from initial contact to Payments.

Requirements:

Communication Skills : Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. •

Work Ethic : Demonstrated dedication, determination, and a strong work ethic. •

Sales Experience:

Proven track record of at least 2 years as a sales performer, with 1 year tenure in current organization preferably in the EdTech industry. •

Empathy:

Ability to build trust and connect with potential learners through active listening and empathy. •

Organizational Skills:

Disciplined approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, and prioritizing tasks to exceed targets. •

Sales Acumen:

Ability to effectively communicate upGrad's offerings and achieve revenue targets.

Location:

Comfortable to work in an onsite setting from Noida, Sec- 125.
