Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Franchise Sales Manager located in Indore at Taskar - India's 1st Healthcare Mall. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new franchise opportunities by conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with potential partners. The Franchise Sales Manager will also be responsible for negotiating and closing agreements with new franchise partners, as well as providing ongoing support to franchisees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Experience in the healthcare or retail industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel as needed to develop new franchise opportunities
