Job description

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in all areas defined as a part of the Sr Assistant Property Manager job description, as well as performing property administrator job duties if there is no property administrator role on the team. The Assistant Property Manager will ensure a high level of professionalism and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Need to manage overall Asset Services operations at multiple client sites.
• Client Contract Management
• Managing Budgeting & financials of the accounts.
• Site Compliance Management
• Vendor compliance Management
• Supporting Business solutions team for new business pitches, site survey & proposal etc
• Timely monthly invoice processing of the client site.
• Manage client receivables & vendor payment
• Supporting new client transition

Qualification- Dip in Electrical or BE In Electrical

Experience - 12-to 15 years of experience in property management preferably from the competition
