Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Lean Digital Transformation!

In this role, Facilitate & assist front line supervisors that are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of OTC Operations from LDT perspective

Responsibilities


. Facilitate & assist front line supervisors that are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of OTC Operations from LDT perspective

. Ensure client and corporate service, quality, and contribution goals, other metric as aligned with LDT are met.

. Ensure key operational and customer performance targets are met (KPI&rsquos, FCR, Net Promoter Score, Service Levels) from LDT perspective

. Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives

. Communicate with the customer on a regular basis to discuss issues on LDT & specific project as driven internally and externally from LDT perspective and understand customer issues proactively

. Coach & mentor people - Motivating team with excellent touch

. Leading calls with clients and other business functions

. Preparation of dashboards and ability to understand current Business processes and suggest improvements

. Drive continuous service Improvements, Lean, Six Sigma & Digitization Projects

Qualifications we seek in you!


Minimum Qualifications

. English language level required: B1/B2

. Lean Six Sigma & GB trained, tested & certified

. Problem solving and should possess data analytical skills (Descriptive, Diagnostic and Predictive), Proficiency in MS office (Excel & PPT both).

. Should have the Leadership ability to demonstrate communication, collaboration, critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity across levels.

. Analytical thinking and ability to adapt to job requirements and business context needs.

. Relevant experience in coordinating teams.

. Previous exposure to transformation & Project initiation & completion

. Should be a self-starter with minimum supervisory guidance

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


. Any graduate but with a diploma/degree in Lean & Six Sigma/Commerce Gradate preferred

. Good Analytical & Communication skills.

. Initiative-taking and execution oriented.

. Ability to work on Multi Tasks and should be flexible.

. Project management experience (Preferred)

. Customer Management exposure and good presentation skills are a must.

. LEAN/Six Sigma/GB - Certified is a must

. Leading calls with Clients/ other business functions Independently.

. High MS-Office skill (Advance Excel & Power Point) - preferred.

. Ability to handle pressure - Timelines and Customer Demand.

. Strong knowledge of processes like customer/supplier Accountancy, Customer Services, IT etc.

. Previous experience in transformation and efficiency projects
