We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at NeXjob.in. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing insights to drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics)
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data manipulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Interpret data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Develop and implement data models, databases, data collection systems, and data analytics
- Create visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
- Identify data quality issues and work towards data cleansing and improvement
- Present findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement
