Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Quess Corp Limited. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to corporate recipes and standards. Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of ingredients and culinary techniques
• Strong culinary skills and ability to execute recipes accurately
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Proficiency in knife skills and proper handling techniques
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Creativity and innovation in food preparation and presentation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to corporate recipes and standards
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Complete daily prep work and set up stations for the shift
