The Group mainly manufactures Auto Components and Aggregates for 2W, 3W and 4W Manufacturers,

Major Outputs are Exhaust Systems, Chassis and Frame Assemblies for 2W, 3W, 4W and other Vehicles.

Position: Asst. Manager/Dy Manager-Production

About the responsibilities of the position:  The main activity of the production is that he is responsible for all the shop flower activities as peer following job profile. .

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical

Desired Experience : Up to 8 to 15 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in a  Fabrication / Sheet Metal / Press Shop /Weld Shop

Salary : up to 6.00 to 8.00 LPA

Skills Set required/Job Profile :

1. Handling of Plant  Production with cross functional Teams.
2. Customer Listening for Regular component supply.
3. Planning of  Production as per Customer's monthly  Production Plan.
4. Planning of production & Dispatch as per MRP.
5. Plan & monitoring  Production Plan on daily basis.
6. Implementations Cost Saving proposals through Kai-zens & continuous improvement.
7. Increased manufacturing efficiency OEE through DWM.
8. Plan dispatches as per Kan Ban system.
9. Implement New product with Cross Functional Teams.
10. Setup of Plant for In house Manufacturing with Suitable Layout.
11. Product Standardization.
12. Trained all Cell Engineer for New product & Micro planning .
13. Improvement in Manpower Utilization.
14. Insightful experience in implementing cost saving measures to achieve reduction in terms of raw materials, procurement, processing and logistics costs, Technical support to sales team for New Proposals.
15. New Product Execution & manufacturing process setup for Press ,Welding Assly & Machined Component.
16. Resolution of major  Production issues with Management & Customer.
17. Leader for Plant  Production with Cross functional Team to meet Management Target.
