Education and experience: High school degree, 5 years experience in culinary, food and beverage or related professional area

Job description: Develop, design, or create new menus and ideas Production of high-quality plates, including both design and taste Good knowledge of European/ Italian food is a plus Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures High level of attention to detail Manage and train kitchen staff, establish a working schedule, and assess staff performance Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around Ability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes Positive and approachable manner Ready to work under pressure and in a busy environment
